All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning located in Boca Raton, FL is looking to hire a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Apprentice to assist our experienced HVAC Installers and Technicians while learning the trade. Are you mechanically-inclined? Are you interested in starting a successful career as a skilled technician in a well-paid and stable industry?
As an HVAC Apprentice, you will earn a competitive entry-level wage of $15.00-$20.00 hourly , depending on experience. You will also be eligible for full-time benefits including 50% employee paid health insurance, 7 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation, tuition reimbursement for job-related training available, Costco membership, and uniforms. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC APPRENTICE
As an Entry-Level HVAC Apprentice, you go out in the field and assist our experienced technicians and installers. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service equipment. By asking questions, observing, and working hard, you are able to learn proper installation and servicing techniques. While you shadow other technicians and installers, you emulate the core values that we adhere to at All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning. At the end of the day, you might be dirty but learning this skilled trade is well worth it!
