About the Role
The Company is in search of an Entrepreneur in Residence with the potential to become a future CEO or Founder. The ideal candidate is an experienced and visionary entrepreneur, motivated to co-found a new B2B SaaS startup. This role is not for the faint of heart; the successful candidate will be familiar with the scrappiness of owning a business from start to finish and will understand the critical roles of key stakeholders, including customers, talent, and investors. The company is looking for someone who can bring relevant domain expertise and is passionate about solving the challenges within their industry. The role involves daily active engagement with the team, early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas, as well as the responsibility of building a team, a product, a revenue model, a business, and an investor base. To be considered, candidates must have a proven track record of co-founding and leading an early-stage company, or equivalent intrapreneurial experience, and be prepared to commit full-time and exclusively to the entrepreneurial journey. The role requires a generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline, such as sales, tech, product, design, or marketing, and experience in pitching to investors and raising capital. The company offers a proven process and playbook, a committed and engaged team, and a lifelong partnership with capital. The Entrepreneur in Residence will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of founders, operators, and designers who have a wealth of experience in successfully bringing software to market at scale.
