Job Title: Electronics Repair Technician
Location: 1330 E. Battlefield, Springfield, MO. 65804
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed Sundays and Major Holidays)
Pay: $15–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

About Us:
We are CPR Cell Phone Repair, formerly Wireless Trendz. We opened our doors to the Springfield, MO. community in 2007 and have saved thousands of devices for customers. We are an Apple and Samsung approved repair center , offering professional repair services for a variety of electronic devices and provide repair support for T-Mobile insurance claims. We provide all tools necessary for repairs and offer a fun, supportive work environment with opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair customer devices including cell phones, tablets/iPads, laptops/MacBook's, gaming consoles, drones and more!
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their repairs
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized workstations
Keep repair records and logs updated
Prioritize tasks and handle multiple repairs at once
Occasionally help customers in the store
Answer phone calls

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven repair experience with electronic devices
Soldering and board-level repair experience (a plus, but not required)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license
