Position Overview:

As an E-commerce Marketing Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and enhance the relationship with your assigned clients, ensuring that each campaign we implement drives conversions and maximizes sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique marketing needs and ensure our products and services yield exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, pop-ups, and customer journeys — approximately 40 campaigns monthly.
• Foster strong client relationships, cultivating open communication and trust to align our marketing strategies with client goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring everyone has the information needed to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics to discern consumer demographics and trends, driving better results and setting new performance targets weekly.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as email marketing revenue, A/B testing results, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and elevate our services, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
• Proactively address client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels and prevent churn.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills as an Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services effectively through targeted communications with clients.

• A full-time role with an average of 140 tracked hours monthly.
• A fixed monthly salary paid in USD, with a contractor status granted upon signing our non-disclosure agreement.
