Position Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist (Oakley / Essilor Luxottica)

\nWork Type: Temp (6 months), preferably onsite; remote considered for NY-local candidates (training & equipment pickup onsite)
\nStart: Immediate
\nPay Rate: $36/hr
Role Summary:
\nThe Retail Merchandising Specialist supports Oakley retail initiatives across Apparel, Footwear, Accessories (AFA), and Eyewear. This role focuses on product allocation, reporting, visual merchandising support, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful product launches and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:
\n\nSupport AFA and Eyewear product launches from planning through post-launch analysis
\n\t\nDefine product quantities and allocation strategies by store
\n\t\nCreate and manage purchase orders and master data requests
\n\t\nCoordinate product movements with Distribution Centers
\n\t\nDevelop clear store communications, presentations, and VM guides
\n\t\nTrack sales performance, campaign results, and inventory activity
\n\t\nProduce weekly/monthly reports and assist with markdown and end-of-season analysis
\n\t\nHandle ad-hoc store and field requests related to inventory and events
