WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a digital marketer, you will own the Performance Marketing and SEO channels at Peoplebox. Your responsibilities will include:

• Running PPC and Display Ads on various channels to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.


• Collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance SEO and increase organic traffic and MQLs.


• Optimizing conversions to:


• Increase the rate from search results to website visitors.


• Enhance the conversion from website visitors to gated resources, webinars, or trials.


• Boost conversion rates from website visitors to demo requests.


• Managing a rich content calendar with the content team, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, and landing pages to attract a qualified audience.


• Overseeing technical aspects of marketing systems like marketing automation and CRM to generate, distribute, and report leads.


• Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activities convert into customers and driving customer conversion.


• Conducting customer, competitor, and product research.


• Creating monthly reports summarizing activities, performance against KPIs, and providing recommendations.


• Proposing new and improved marketing campaign ideas.

ABOUT YOU

• Over 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.


• Experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns and conversion optimization.


• Proficiency with marketing automation and blogging tools.


• Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and Canva is advantageous.


• Expertise in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.


• Skills in Keyword Research Analysis.


• Proven ability in On-page and Off-page SEO.


• Data-driven and research-oriented mindset.

BROWNIE POINTS

• Experience in startup growth phases (0 to 1 or 1 to 10) within SaaS.


• Deep understanding of conversion optimization.


• SEO experience.
