Designer Associate – Cabinetry (Hybrid)
Location: San Marcos, CA | Schedule: Hybrid (Work from Home + Showroom)
We are a cabinetry business looking for a talented Designer Associate to join our team. This role combines design work using 2020 Design Software, customer communication, and project coordination. You’ll work partly from home and meet with clients in our showroom as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and revise cabinetry layouts in 2020 software
- Meet with clients (virtually & in-showroom) to review designs and materials
- Book and manage customer appointments
- Communicate design updates and changes
- Support clients in material selections and project decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with 2020 Design Software (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to balance remote work with in-showroom meetings
