ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Associate to support our premier client’s corporate communications team in Bellevue, WA . We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, who is highly organized, and has the ability to manage large volumes of data all within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, starting as a 3-month contract and will collaborate closely with internal team members across communications and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.
• Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
• Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of related work experience
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience

Preferred Skills

• Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
