We design and manufacture the world’s leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor and hybrid applications.
As the Data Analyst you will have ownership surrounding channel master data quality, enhancement, and upkeep. You will create and produce Microsoft Power BI Dashboards, reports, and ad hoc requests for internal departments as well as individual business users. You will identify areas for report automation and improve existing data processes by reviewing the end-to-end lifecycle of source data to dashboard analysis.

Compensation Range: $78,000 - $95,000

You will contribute across 3 main components of your role:
POS Data Management

• Creation of a POS (point of sale) quality review process ahead of official system upload
• Creation of two sets of POS quality dashboards by account. Pre system upload and Post system upload.
• Act as a project manager and communication to the business for all POS quality issues within both sets of dashboards.
• Manual POS data management: merge purge of duplicate end users, deletion flagging, redating, account group movement
• Ongoing process improvement around entire POS ecosystem from technical upload to business process.
• Development and ERP implementation of IT POS processes

Report Creation

• Development of reports and dashboards within Microsoft Power BI (RS Desktop)
• Focus on report automation with manual ad-hoc creation only when necessary
• Assist in metric creation and definition setting with business leaders
• Data quality ownership with a focus on business improvement

BI Team Process

• Collaborate with data warehouse team members on existing and new data source creation
• Analyze reporting for business recommendations and data driven decisions
• Identify recurring process issues for root cause improvements

We are looking for the next team member who is a good match within the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years working with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools
• You are a candidate with an overall interest in data & analytics as a career path
• You have a strong foundational skillset within Microsoft Excel

• You enjoy problem solving and have a critical thinking mindset surrounding data and business process validation
• You have excellent communication and documentation skills
• An existing Microsoft Power BI development skillset is a plus
