Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordinator Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) 2-Month Contract Job ID 25-09825 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordinator. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid). The client's spirit of philanthropy and caring for people and our communities has pervaded our culture since our founding over 90 years ago. In the last few years, we've centralized and accelerated our investment in this work under the Sustainability & Social Responsibility (SSR) function. Our commitment to SSR is organized around 3 pillars: Capital Cares: Our associate-driven charitable giving and volunteering programs. Social Impact: Our strategic philanthropy program focused on enabling more families to benefit from the transformational impacts of wealth accumulation. Environmental Stewardship: Our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our corporate operations and provide transparency to stakeholders through sustainability reporting. The SSR Associate primarily supports the Capital Cares pillar of the SSR team's work, but at times may also support the Social Impact and Environmental Stewardship Pillars. Qualifications Passion for community engagement through charitable giving, economic inclusion and environmental sustainability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator. Ability to effectively work with and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across various business units. Ability to work independently in support of a larger team project, and also collaboratively with team members to align to wider strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Previous experience with nonprofits through volunteering or work experience and/or SSR programs a plus. Candidates should have Benevity experience. Responsibilities Capital Cares Program Administration Review and approve associate matching gift requests. Support the Associate Involvement Grant Program. Initiate and facilitate the grant request process. Review grant applications. Approve grant amounts and schedule payments. Monitor Capital Cares email inbox and answer associates' and nonprofits' questions. Support the onboarding of new nonprofits into our charitable giving system. Support management of local Capital Cares Committees including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and circulating meeting notes. Support planning and execution of volunteering trips and activities. Support delivery of Capital Cares programs participation data dashboards. Social Impact Support research, management, and delivery of social impact programs focused on youth, community leaders, small businesses, and financial advisors. Support social impact grant-making activities including reviewing nonprofit applications, categorizing and tagging opportunities by region and community focus, processing grant agreements, scheduling payments, and supporting local Capital Cares Committee and DE&I Community engagement with the Social Impact program. Support project management for multi-year partnerships with non-profit organizations. Support associates' volunteering activities related to the client's financial education curriculum. Environmental Stewardship Support annual Sustainability reporting efforts. Support GHG emissions reporting and data collection. Support regulatory compliance related to corporate sustainability reporting. Other/Special Projects Create meeting materials for SSR governing committee meetings and SSR leadership. Work on special projects, as needed. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $35/hour to $35/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
