About Us

We’re a fast-growing social media marketing agency based in Miami, working with online creators and helping them scale across Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, and other social media platforms. Our team is small, fast, and focused — and we’re now looking for a Creative Copywriter and Marketing Strategist who can take ownership of marketing across multiple creator accounts.

This role combines strategy, execution, and copywriting , so it’s perfect for someone who understands social media deeply and can write conversion-focused copy.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Creative Copywriter and Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for:

• Writing captions, video scripts, tweets, Reddit posts, and IG text-on-screen ideas
• Executing the marketing strategy for each creator
• Studying analytics and adjusting strategy quickly
• Bringing new growth ideas to the table
• Keeping content schedules organized and consistent
• Working closely with the content team to ensure everything stays aligned

You’ll be the go-to person for both the growth strategy and the written communication that drives views, clicks, and subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting

• Write engaging, platform-specific captions
• Craft high-performing social media posts
• Write tweet concepts, short-form scripts, and messaging
• Adapt tone of voice to each creator’s brand

Social Media Strategy

• Create platform-specific strategies for IG, TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit
• Identify trends and suggest content ideas
• Build and maintain posting calendars for each creator
• Optimize posting frequency, sound selection, timing, and formats

Analytics & Optimization

• Track daily and weekly performance
• Identify patterns across content types
• Recommend changes based on analytics
• Document tactics that work for future use

Content Direction & Coordination

• Collaborate with editors on video selection and styling
• Help refine content requests so creators know exactly what to film
• Ensure final content matches direction and brand identity

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting and digital marketing or social media
• Strong writing skills (clear, concise, engaging)
• Understanding of IG/TikTok/Twitter/Reddit virality mechanics
• Comfortable with analytics and data-driven decision making
• Extremely organized
• Takes initiative and moves quickly
• Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or growth roles
• Bonus: able to evaluate creative and give constructive direction

Growth Opportunity

This position is built to grow into a Senior Copywriter/Marketer and eventually a Head of Marketing role as our agency expands. Someone who is proactive, strategic, and able to lead will move up quickly.
