Salary:

Hunt Electric, Inc is currently hiring a Construction Laborerfor our Infrastructure division. The Construction Laboreris a full time position with opportunities to grow and expand within the Traffic & Infrastructure Division.

We are seeking an individual with construction labor experience to help with our infrastructure and roadway projects including concrete, equipment operations, underground utility construction, and general construction labor.

Major Duties:

• General labor and construction.
• Requires working with light, medium and heavy tools to install underground conduit, boxes, vaults, rebar and pour concrete.
• Experience with excavation, civil construction, and underground utilities.
• Ability to work well within a team, helping with all aspects of underground utilities and excavation.
• Ability to learn electrical conduit and wiring.
• Understanding of underground utilities.
• Experience working in trenching, shovel work, laying and gluing pipe.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as shovel, sledgehammer, and concrete tools.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a Can-Do positive attitude.
• Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
• Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record a plus.
• Experience with concrete a plus.

• Forms and flatwork concrete experience a plus.
• General electrical experience.
• Experience with electrical conduit, and wiring.
• Experience with wet/dry utilities.
• Experience with heavy equipment a plus.

This full-time Construction Laborer position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. As a full-time Electrical Foreman, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
