Community Outreach Specialist (Roofing & Solar Canvasser) Location: Ventura, LA & Santa Barbara Counties Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time | Tues-Sat | 2pm-8pm Compensation: $16.50/hr + $50 per shown appt + $750 per sale Join the Power Team at August Roofing & Solar! As the face of our brand in the field, you\'ll spark interest, schedule consultations, and get paid well to educate people about how they can save money, protect their homes, and go green--all at once. What You\'ll Do Walk door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Start friendly conversations about roofing and solar benefits Qualify interest and schedule appointments for our expert consultants Input lead data into our CRM app within 1 hour Wear branded gear and represent our values with energy and professionalism Provide feedback to the sales & marketing teams to improve our strategy Schedule & Work Hours Tues-Sat shifts (preferred) 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (prime homeowner hours) 25-30 hours/week average Flexible schedules with opportunities for growth How We Measure Success KPITarget Appointments Set 5+ per week Doors Knocked 125+ per day CRM Accuracy 100% of leads logged within 1 hour Customer Feedback Positive interaction scores from surveys & team reports Compensation & Perks $16.50/hour starting wage
