We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Roofing Field Manager / Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing commercial roofing projects and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate commercial roofing projects
- Report to team and individual performance on each project
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Meet and present proposals with potential clients
- Provide estimates for projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial roofing, sales, estimator, customer service, and related field
- Must have at least 5-10 years experience in Commercial Roofing
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to organize, order material and complete a project from start to finish
