About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the growth and scale of one of its portfolio companies, a B2B SaaS business with a high-velocity sales cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing within an established go-to-market framework to drive results and operational excellence, scaling the sales team, and optimizing their performance. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong sales management orientation, capable of driving revenue growth across various customer verticals, segments, and profiles. While experience in a B2B SaaS business with a high-velocity, low ASP sales motion is essential, a background in private equity and M&A is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal CRO for the company will have a tenure of over 20 years, with a proven track record of success in a similar commercial leadership role. The candidate should be a top commercial leader in a middle-market software company or a number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise, and must be prepared to honor the company's past while leading it into a future of significant growth and, ultimately, an early 2026 exit. The role is pivotal in driving the company's scale, and the CRO will work closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the investment thesis of the business.
