We’re recruiting for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to work out of the corporate headquarters in Chicago. This person will be a key figure in the company, joining the executive team and assuming senior-level management responsibility overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO’s primary responsibility is to build the leading mortgage brand and generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing strategies, including marketing research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
The CMO may also be involved in sales, new business development, and customer success. The role will focus on ensuring the organization’s message reaches targeted audiences to meet sales objectives, utilizing channels such as mobile, video, and social media.
