• Business Analyst

This opportunity is exclusively for freshers and early-career professionals —no prior industry experience is required. We believe potential, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more than past roles or degrees.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for:

• Recent graduates (2020–2024) from ANY major or academic background
• Career switchers looking to enter the IT or Analytics domain
• Individuals with a passion for problem-solving, technology, or data, even without formal technical education
• Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT, CPT, GC, USC; sponsorship for eligible candidates)

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, define, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Create reports, workflows, and presentations to assist project execution
• Analyze process inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
