Direct Hire: Bookkeeper
\n Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office)
\n Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (Hourly; no benefits)
\n Paid Time Off: 1 week
\n Overview:
\nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a direct hire position to support both Planetwise and Bluebird. This role is based in-office and requires a hands-on professional comfortable with managing financial documentation and daily administrative tasks.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n

    \n\t
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online\n\t
  • Manage and process invoices for both companies, including billing and collections\n\t
  • Organize, track, and file paperwork related to day-to-day financial operations\n\t
  • Reconcile accounts and track expenses regularly\n\t
  • Assist with payroll and other bookkeeping functions as needed\n\t
  • Prepare routine financial reports for management\n\t
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies\n\t
  • Support additional administrative and financial tasks as required\n
\n Qualifications: \n\n

  • Proven bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online\n\t
  • Strong experience in managing invoices and financial transactions\n\t
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills\n\t
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail\n\t
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment\n
\n Compensation & Schedule: \n\n

  • Hourly pay equivalent to $50,000–$60,000 annually\n\t
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM\n\t
  • One week paid time off annually\n\t
