  1. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  2. Document Management: Prepare, edit, and translate documents, letters, and reports between English and Spanish.
  3. Communication: Serve as a liaison for Spanish-speaking clients and employees, providing interpretation and clear communication.
  4. Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and process invoices and purchase orders.
  5. Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  6. Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
