Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools. We’re partnering with a school in Providence County, Rhode Island to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is in a 5th grade inclusion classroom, supporting 1–2 students with behavior plans while assisting the classroom teacher with the overall class.
The ideal candidate will implement behavior intervention plans, track student progress, and support both students and teachers to ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment, starting ASAP through June 2026.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
