As a service technician at Grill Hero, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering professional cleaning services that uphold our reputation as the top grill cleaning and servicing company in North America. You’ll interact directly with customers, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with upselling and rebooking.
Travel to customer homes across Palm Beach County to clean BBQ grills
Remove grease, grime, and buildup using safe, eco-friendly products
Provide friendly, professional service with attention to detail
Document before-and-after photos using a smartphone
Follow basic safety and cleaning procedures (training provided)
Perform professional cleaning services for grills and ovens
Local marketing & sales responsibilities
Upselling & Rebooking appointments
Follow all company guidelines, safety procedures, and service standards.
Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after every job.
1+ year of Customer service
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Customer service or cleaning experience is a bonus—but not required!
Adaptable to using technology
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Clean & safe drivers record & ability to pass a background check
Own vehicle required to travel to customer locations
Starting pay: $18–$24/hour (includes tips & bonuses)
Paid training – we’ll teach you everything you need
Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time)
All supplies, uniforms, and gear provided

Mileage Reimbursement .65 per mile
