Stir craft cocktails at our sleek speakeasy called Simmer Down (recently named one of ' The Best Bars in America 2024 ' by Esquire), or shake specialty spirits perched at the penthouse level in the areas first and only Rooftop Bar & Lounge, and finally indulge your guests in fine wines from our extensive wine list at the Quoin Restaurant main dining room featuring inspired Italian flavors with a wood-fired flare.
