Job Title: Starbucks Barista at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh

Position Summary: Join our team at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh as a Starbucks Barista, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests by serving quality beverages and products and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver quality beverages and food products, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain composure during busy periods, setting a positive example for others.
• Prioritize legendary customer service by connecting with customers and promptly addressing their requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all operational policies and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Adherence to dress code standards.
• Versatility to handle multiple tasks during each shift.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Preferred experience in coffee venues with record of reliability.
• Friendly, cooperative nature with a well-groomed appearance.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
