What Youll Do
🔹 Build and operate large-scale, low-latency distributed systems
🔹 Design backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
🔹 Write high-quality services in Go or Python
🔹 Debug production issues, optimize runtime behavior, and improve system efficiency
🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
🔹 Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead technical initiatives
🔹 Own services end-to-end across the full software lifecycle (design build deploy operate)
What Were Looking For
5+ years of experience in backend software development
Hands-on expertise with Go or Python
Strong background in distributed systems , concurrency, and high-scale architecture
Experience designing low-latency services and working with high-throughput workloads
Solid debugging skills and confidence working in production environments
A proactive ownership mindset you build it, you run it
Ability to mentor engineers and drive system improvements
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, or event-driven architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, tracing, or performance tuning
