Our client is a Syracuse law firm that is seeking an Experienced Attorney to join its growing Commercial Banking Practice.
The ideal candidate would bring three to seven years of experience to the Firm’s clients, focusing primarily on banking and financing transactions.
This candidate should also have previous experience representingcommercial lenders in all types of commercial financing transactions. These include both real estate and asset-based deals, SBA lending, public finance, and conventional financing.
